1.浪涌
BS5系列未設(shè)置抗浪涌回路
使用時(shí)請(qǐng)注意遵守EN標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
2.外部光源
該產(chǎn)品未設(shè)置防止外部光源干擾回路,請(qǐng)將接收器遠(yuǎn)離外部光源干擾
3.布接方式
和動(dòng)力線、高壓線等分開(kāi)布線,以避免由此造成的誤動(dòng)作或產(chǎn)品損壞
4.干擾發(fā)生源注意事項(xiàng)
若微型光電傳感器周?chē)袡C(jī)器產(chǎn)生干擾(開(kāi)關(guān)穩(wěn)壓器,電機(jī)等),請(qǐng)將機(jī)器的屏蔽線F.G接地
5.焊接(直接焊在端子上)
直接焊接在端子上時(shí)不要超過(guò)3秒(zui大溫度260℃).確認(rèn)焊接時(shí)離端子根部1.5mm以上.
6.安裝
使用M3螺釘擰緊(zui大力矩0.49N·m(5.0kgf·cm).擰螺釘時(shí),請(qǐng)使用墊片(Φ6).請(qǐng)確認(rèn)光電傳感器收發(fā)光部分不與任何其他物體接觸.若該部分劃損時(shí),產(chǎn)品會(huì)發(fā)生誤動(dòng)作.
7.維護(hù)
若傳感器安裝在有許多灰塵或潮濕的環(huán)境中,請(qǐng)注意清潔接收器,用干布擦干發(fā)射器和接收器，沾染灰塵會(huì)發(fā)生誤動(dòng)作
8.其他
安裝傳感器時(shí)遠(yuǎn)離:
易腐蝕性氣體,油,灰塵,水蒸汽,強(qiáng)酸強(qiáng)堿,強(qiáng)光 ※請(qǐng)注意遵守上述說(shuō)明以避免發(fā)生誤動(dòng)作或損壞產(chǎn)品
